About the event
On May 4 th people around the world will celebrate World Labyrinth Day. Many will walk a labyrinth at 1:00 p.m. local time to help create a rolling wave of peaceful energy passing from one time zone to the next around the globe. On this 16th annual World Labyrinth Day (WLD), as in previous years, many will walk a labyrinth at 1:00 p.m. local time creating a unified rolling wave of peaceful energy passing from one time zone to
the next around the globe.
Join us to celebrate International Labyrinth Day as we walk our Labyrinth at Linwood Spiritual Center.

A member of the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill, Sister Margaret A. Palliser, OP, earned a doctorate in sacred theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome where her doctoral work focused on the theology and spirituality of 14th century English mystic, Julian of Norwich. Sister also holds a master’s degree in music from Boston University.
Following twelve years in congregational leadership, Sister Margaret now directs the congregation’s Office of Dominican Life and its Siena Theological Resource Center. Prior to her current ministry, Sister Margaret was the editor of Living with Christ, and she served as assistant vice president for Mission at Sacred Heart University, where she also taught theology. A liturgist, lecturer, writer, and retreat director, Sister Margaret is recognized as an expert on Julian of Norwich.
